Hi Jessica,
I am excited that you snagged a reservation for
'Ohana. It is one of the best character breakfasts at Disney World. Your family will love the food and dancing with Stitch and friends throughout the restaurant. Make sure to take tons of pictures because the character interactions are this meal are truly some of the best.
My recommendation would be to park at the Magic Kingdom parking lot so you don't have to worry about your car again for the rest of the day. The Magic Kingdom parking lot opens 1 hour before the theme park opens. According to the current time on the
theme park calendar, the opening time the week of your visit is 8:30 so the parking lots should open around 7:30 AM. If you arrive for parking right before 7:30, this should be plenty of time for you to get to your reservation.
The great news is that you will not have to take any transportation once you park at Magic Kingdom's parking lot.
Disney's Polynesian Resort is just a short walk from the Transportation and Ticket Center. Once you park and head towards the Ticket and Transportation Center, instead of going through the ticket booth area just go to the left and follow the walking path to the Polynesian Resort. This is the best option because you won't have to move your car after breakfast. Parking at Disney Resorts is limited to the time you are there for your restaurant reservation and the expectation is that you will move your car before you head to the theme parks.
After you finish breakfast, I recommend stopping by
Kona Island before you hop on the monorail. Their coffee drinks, in particular the Iced Caramel Macchiato, are my favorite in all of Disney World. Once you grab your coffee you can head through security to the monorail and be on your way to a magical day at Magic Kingdom.
Happy Planning
Jenna
