    I am staying off property in March and have reservations at Chef Mickey's for a day I do not plan on going to the parks. Will I have to pay for MK parking (since I have to go through MK booth to get to Contemporary)?

    Hi, Rebecca!  You do not need to go to the Magic Kingdom to go to Chef Mickey's.  If you are staying off property and driving, you can drive directly to the Contemporary Resort, where you will be given a parking pass that allows you to park there while you are having your meal at Chef Mickey's.  If you are relying on a shuttle from your hotel that will bring you to the Magic Kingdom, again, you don't need to enter the Magic Kingdom.  You can actually walk from the Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary Resort without going through the turnstiles at the Magic Kingdom, or you can take the monorail, which also doesn't require you to enter the Magic Kingdom.

    Again, if you are driving yourself, you do not have to pay to park at the Magic Kingdom.  Park directly at the Contemporary.  The parking pass they provide is plenty of time to eat, and maybe do a little shopping as well!
