Hi I am staying next year at Colorado Springs and my son will be 2 years old what other activities can I do with him then the theme parks. I plan to take him pony ridding what else can I do?

    Dear Gillian,

Thank you very much for stopping by here to visit us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great planning question!

The wonderful news is that there is plenty for you to do with your 2 year-old at the Walt Disney World Resort, both at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, in the theme parks, and elsewhere around the property.

It truly depends on your individual child's preferences. Does your son like the Disney Junior characters? If so, I would definitely book an Advanced Dining Reservation at Hollywood & Vine in Disney's Hollywood Studios, followed by a viewing of Disney Junior - Live on Stage!

Your hotel offers movies under the stars, gorgeous pools and water activities, an archeologically-themed playground, and many more weekly scheduled activities. When you arrive, I recommend asking the Cast Member that is checking you in to give you the schedule so that you can determine exactly what your child would like most.

Have you considered having your son's hair cut at the Harmony Barber Shop on Main Street, U.S.A.? That can also be a very magical experience!

Hope that helps you to begin your magical planning!
