When staying at the newly remodeled Caribbean beach resort, which is the best village to stay in? Which village has the best bus service? Which is the closest to quick service dining? What is the best eay to request a room in a specific village? Thanks!!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tracy! Thank you so much for visiting us with your question.

As you probably know, there is construction going on at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, since this vibrant resort hotel would host one of the Disney Skyliner stations. It is exciting that it will connect to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot. I cannot wait to stay there again myself!

Martinique and Aruba are located further away from the construction site and would probably be the best islands to stay in. Martinique is closer to Old Port Royale, the main building, which offers more convenient access to services, amenities, and dining. This area includes Centertown Market, the quick service location (which also takes mobile orders), the new Banana Cabana outdoor bar, and Calypso Trading Post for shopping. Aruba would also be a good option as it is far away from the construction site too, but since it is on the other side of the water, it would not be as close to the dining area. These two islands have convenient bus stop access as they are not too far from Old Port Royale. To request a room, remember you can give them a call (407) 934-3400 before your arrival and request a specific location or add a note when checking in online on the My Disney Experience app. Remember, though, that these requests are not guaranteed as it will depend on availability.

Be sure to check the amazing options this recently renovated resort has to offer. The newly expanded Centertown Market and its stunning decoration with glowing colored light pendants made from glass bottles and Shutters, a Caribbean-inspired table-service restaurant located on the waterfront of Old Port Royale will make you feel like you're eating at a tropical island in the Caribbean!

Tracy, I know that you will love every minute of your stay at the resort. I wish your family an unforgettable vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
