We’re staying at AS Movies 8/16-19, then 8/19-25 we move to Pop Century (w. DDP). We have 8:00 a.m. ADR at Tusker House on 8/19. We’re not renting a car. How can we check out of Movies, get to Pop to check in (to get our DDP) and still get to our 8:00 ADR?

    Hi Darin,

Wow! You are going to have a busy morning! My first thought is to change your Advance Dining Reservation at Tusker House in Animal Kingdom to any other day of your vacation. This is the easiest way to make the move less stressful.

However, I understand if you want to leave the reservation on the 19 this is how I would do it.

First, make sure you have express checkout set up for All Star Movies as this will allow you to simply review your bill in the morning and go. I recommend you grab a taxi to take you to Pop Century and you will want to do this around 6:00 am in the morning at the latest. You can arrange to have the cab waiting for you at the resort and concierge can give you a number for a taxi company if you need it.

Next, travel via taxi with your luggage to Pop Century and check in. You will need to give your luggage to bell services to hold as I am sure your room will not be ready. If you have already checked in online, your process should be fairly quick to complete your check in at Pop.

Once your Key to the World Cards are in hand, jump on a bus to Animal Kingdom for a meal at Tusker House. They have the most delicious juice drink here and it truly is a great way to start the day.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
