Staying in MK view at bay lake. Is there a way to get the fireworks music in our room so we can listen while watching from the balcony?

    Welcome Home Nicole!

You are staying at one of my favorite Disney Vacation Club properties! Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is a quick walk away from Magic Kingdom Park, and as I’m sure you know, the Monorail runs straight through the Resort. Staying in a Theme Park View room will be magical, and it sounds like you might have the same plans we do when we visit - get kiddos in PJs, grab a snack, and let Happily Ever After be their bedtime story!

One of the best things about viewing the fireworks from your room (besides PJs!) is that the music is piped into your room via your television. This makes the spectacular display even more magical, and I always feel like a VVIP when we do this!

With a Magic Kingdom Park view, you are guaranteed a fantastic view of both the Park and the fireworks, but I prefer an upper floor as it’s an even better view! You can request a higher level by calling Member Services at (800) 800-9800, or via My Disney Experience during online check-in. You can do this up to 60 days before you arrive, but please remember that a request is just that - a request!

Nicole, there are so many exciting things happening at Walt Disney World this year. I KNOW you will have a fantastic visit!
