Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We will be staying in Lake Buena Vista for the first three days of our vacation. Do you recommend driving our car to the Magic Kingdom or taking the shuttle bus from our hotel? How long is the shuttle ride usually?

    Hi Caryn. The Magic Kingdom is one park that it's just as easy to take the bus as it is to drive. Your bus will drop you off at the Ticket and Transportation Center. From there, you'll have the option to ride the monorail or take a boat to the Magic Kingdom entrance. Since you won't being staying a a Disney Resort yet, you will have to pay for parking, so I'd opt for the bus.
