We are staying in the Kidani Village soon. Is there in room babysitting in the evening? How does it work to arrange? Cost? Thank you for your assistance!

Hi Alexis! So happy you stopped by with your question!

You're going to have a great time at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. Did you know that you will have more than 200 kinds of birds and animals practically right outside your doorstep?

I'm happy to report that in room babysitting is available to you in the evening during your stay. There's an independent childcare provider called Kids Nite that will send a qualified babysitter to your resort room. These sitters will care for kids from 6 months to 12 years of age. They bring lots of fun, age appropriate activities with them so don't worry, I'm sure your children will have lots of fun while you're away.

I recommend calling in advance to reserve your sitter. Someone will be available to take your reservation 7 days a week, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM at (407) 828-0920. Right now, there is an extra $2 charge per hour for services after 9:00 PM. Keep in mind that these rates are subject to change.

While enjoying your stay at Kidani Village make sure to take a look at the Wildlife Field Guide in your guest room. This will tell you all about the African animals living in the lush Savannah around your resort!

My family and I love a campfire, so make sure to check your resort's recreation calendar during your stay to see if one might be going on during your visit. The campfires are also followed by Movies Under the Stars, where you get to see your favorite Disney movies al fresco!

I hope you enjoy your visit!
