Hello! We're staying at Kidani Village in September 2020. We'd like to order groceries from Garden Grocer (never done it before). What's the best way to learn more and have any procedures changed due to Covid? Thanks!

From one fellow Keystone State resident to another, welcome to planDisney, Amber! We're glad to see you back!

We have been Disney Vacation Club Members for several years, and let me tell you, grocery delivery service is a game-changer! Knowing that my order is waiting for me at my Walt Disney World Resort Hotel means I have more time to hang out with Mickey. And if you're like me, you don't want to waste precious time at the parks in the morning, waiting in line for a muffin. We typically use Garden Grocer because they have many product options (including a wide array of wine and beer for mom and dad!) and have reliable service. If you order at least 60 days ahead of time, you can get 10% off your total, and you also have the opportunity to add-on products to your order up to three times.

I spoke to Bell Services today at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village, and they assured me that process for having groceries delivered remains the same as before. Your items will be held at Bell Services where they will be stored (and refrigerated/ frozen if necessary) until you arrive at your resort. I always choose a delivery date and time slot (four-hour windows) that are close to my arrival time, and I get either a call or text as soon as my order has been delivered. You can ask Bell Services to bring your items to your room for a $6 flat fee. Alternatively, guests are welcome to pick up their groceries in the Resort Lobby from Bell Services or Luggage Assistance for no charge.  Trust me, this will be worth it when you drink your morning coffee with your favorite flavored creamer from your balcony overlooking the savanna. Ahh...pure magic!

If you have any more questions, Amber, remember we're all EARS!
