Hi Catherine,
Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question! I know you must be excited about your upcoming
Disney Cruise Line vacation. You’ve made a wise choice to arrive in Florida early and use
Disney Cruise Line ground transportation. This will help to make sure your vacation starts off with some smooth sailing before you even board the ship!
Catherine, I checked with a helpful Disney Cruise Line Cast Member who gave me some tips to pass along to you. You should plan to meet at Terminal B, Level 1 of the Orlando International Airport. There you will meet a Disney Cruise Line representative who will walk you through the check-in process. All Guests listed on the ground transportation reservation should plan to be present at check-in. Once you have checked in and given your departure time, if a Guest needs to leave the area for a restroom break or for another reason, they may do so, but please remember that the buses depart on schedule.
You are going to love riding in one of the Disney Cruise Line motorcoaches! Stepping aboard the magically decorated bus is the official start of your Disney vacation. You will enjoy the onboard video presentations and they will get you even more excited.
Catherine, remember to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. I love how you can prepare for your cruise right in the app, including Online Check-In for your cruise. And, the Countdown Clock will get you more and more excited by the minute! Once onboard, the
Navigator App will give you more options for making the most of your vacation. For example, when I find an activity onboard that I want to try, I use the “favorites” option which will set a reminder for 15 minutes prior to the activity so I don’t miss it!
I hope this information is helpful to you and that you will sail back by if you have any other questions that we can assist you with. We’ve got lots of tips to share.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
