Hi there, Randall and welcome to planDisney.
How exciting that you are planning a visit to
Disneyland Paris this Spring. Sleeping Beauty Castle at
Disneyland Park is, in my opinion, the most beautiful Disney Castle in the world - c'est magnifique!
To answer your question, there are a few different ways of
reaching Disneyland Paris from Central Paris:-
1/ As you have already mentioned, the train is an option (although one which you are not keen on using). I can tell you from personal experience that using the RER A train is very straightforward. The journey from Châtelet station to Marne la Vallée/Chessy takes approximately 40 minutes and from there, the entrance to the Disney Parks is a mere 2-minute walk away.
2/ The
Disneyland Paris Express Shuttle (
operated by a third party called Magic Ways) is a practical bus service, departing from four convenient locations in the centre of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower. This service is, however, for a day-return only meaning that you must depart and return to the same location in Paris.
As you will be staying at Disneyland Paris for 2-nights and therefore not returning to Paris on the same day, I would suggest contacting Magic Ways directly to see if it is possible to book a one-way journey. Their email address is contact@magicways.fr.
3/ You could use a ride-sharing service like Uber or Bolt.
I hope that this information has helped with the planning of your trip, Randall. Please feel free to re-visit us here at planDisney should you have any other questions which we can assist with.
Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
