Hello Julie!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Staying Club Level at
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is one of the most magical ways to stay at the
Walt Disney World Resort. Along with all the elegance and beauty of the resort, you’ll have access to the Club Level Lounge, and amazing service from both the Grand Floridian Cast Members during your stay, and from
Disney’s Signature Services before you even arrive!
The
Walt Disney World Monorail does service the resort. This Monorail makes stops at, and is shared by, Guests at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, the
Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, the Transportation & Ticket Center, and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. The Monorail runs in a clockwise route, and stops are made in the order I listed for you. There is also
boat service from the resort to the Magic Kingdom, and this is a favorite of my family. We consider the boat ride to be an attraction too!
Club Level Lounges are restricted to Guests staying in a Club Level Room. There are two Club Lounges at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. The Royal Palm Club is located in the main building of the resort, and the Sugarloaf Club which is located in the outer buildings. Each Club Level Lounge is restricted to the Guests staying in the corresponding resort rooms.
Guests staying in a Club Level room will have access to the Lounge throughout the day, no additional reservations are needed. You’ll find refreshments served at several times daily and generally include an early coffee and tea service, breakfast and lunch refreshments, afternoon tea and evening appetizers and sweet treats!
I hope this helps answer your questions! Please let me know if you have any additional questions I can help you with as you plan your visit, I love talking Disney!
