    We r staying at the grand floridian this Xmas we have outer building club level is it the same as the main building. We have never stayed there before and I can only find info on the main not the outer building. Thank you so much for your help

    Deborah! You have booked the ultimate for Christmas! Just wait until you see the amazing gingerbread house in the lobby of the Grand Floridian! Outer building concierge is in the Sugar Loaf building, located just outside the main building. The Sugar Loaf Lounge is located on the main floor of the Sugar Loaf building, so it's very convenient. As a Club Level guest, you will enjoy delicious food and drink offerings throughout the day and through the evening. Cast members are always there and offer you a range of services, including helping you make dining and tour reservations, or any special activities or events you may be interested in, from booking a golf tee time to a fishing excursion, or maybe a special in-room celebration.
