We're staying at the Grand Floridian with three children-each in their own stroller. I know we can use the monorail to get to the MK, but is there a boat that can take us there (and to Animal Kingdom/Hollywood) so we can just roll our strollers right on?

From the Grand Floridian, you can get to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot via the monorail. To get to the Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios, you'll have to take a bus, and that means folding the strollers.

I think you'll find that using the buses is easier than it sounds. It is a bit of a juggling act to get all the kids/strollers/gear onto the buses, but other guests will often help you and it's really only a pain for a few minutes. In my mind, this is still better than strapping three kids into car seats and getting lost on unfamiliar roads.
