Walt Disney World Holiday decoration on Main Street

    We are staying at the Grand Floridian and will be on-site early the morning of our stay? Can we park our car at the Grand Floridian before check-in time that afternoon? Can we enter the park that day early for extended hours since we check-in that day?

    Ooh, how exciting that you'll be staying at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in just a few days!  While this resort hotel is gorgeous all year round, it really shines during the holiday season.  The holiday decorations are splendorous and the amazing life-sized gingerbread house gives the lobby the most wonderful holiday-spiced scent!

    Jennifer, you are considered a Disney Resort Hotel Guest for the entirety of your stay, including all day on your check-in and check-out dates.  Yes, you will be permitted to park at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa when you arrive that morning.  Just let security at the parking booth know you'll be checking in, and they will verify your reservation.  Be prepared to show a photo ID.  If you have a MagicBand, that will make it easy for the security guard to look up your reservation.  Otherwise, you can just give your name.  As a Disney Resort Hotel Guest, you will also be eligible for Early Theme Park Entry on your check-in day.  The Early Entry procedure varies a bit from park to park.  You will scan your Key to the World card, MagicBand, or Disney MagicMobile pass either at the gate or at a checkpoint within the park where a Cast Member will verify that you have a hotel reservation.
