We will be staying at the Grand Floridian in Feb2010. What is the travel time and method from our resort to the 4 parks? Also, what is the travel method & time between Epcot and Hollywood Studio (door to door)? thank you so much

    Julie,

To get to the Magic Kingdom, you just take the monorail, which takes about 10 minutes. There is also a boat you can take that offers a slower, but very picturesque alternative.

To get to Epcot you take the monorail over to the Ticket and Transportation Center. Once there, you transfer over to another monorail line that takes you to Epcot. This takes about 35 minutes, assuming you get your second monorail fairly quickly.

For both Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom, you take a bus. Times are around 30 and 35 minutes, respectively.

As to travel between Epcot and Hollywood Studios, what you can do is exit Epcot from the International Gateway that is located between the France and United Kingdom pavilions in the World Showcase. From there you take a boat shuttle that winds its way by the BoardWalk, Yacht & Beach Club resorts, Swan and Dolphin resorts, and then eventually drops you off in front of the Hollywood Studios. Total one-way travel time is just under 40 minutes.

    Have a magical vacation!
