We are staying at the Grand Floridian club level with concierge service. Is this the correct email address for them /Grand.Floridian.Itinerary.Planning@disneyworld.com ? I want to get in touch with them for my dining reservations and setting up a tour.

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Carole!

I got to stay at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa last winter for the first time. I guarantee you, it will not be my last! The Resort is magnificent (especially during the holidays!), and the location is perfection! The only thing better than staying at the Resort is being a Club Level Guest. It’s like the cherry on top of your ice cream!

Disney’s Signature Services is like having a personal Fairy Godmother. You can access their pixie dust seven days a week, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. I would suggest you call (they are super helpful!) them at (407) 939-7777. If you prefer email, the correct email is disney.signature.services@disneyworld.com.

Did you know that the Resort has TWO Club Level Lounges?! The Sugar Loaf Lounge is described as the more casual of the Lounges and is in one of the Outer Lodges of the Resort. The Royal Palm Club is on the third through fifth floors of the Main Building and is magnificent! If you’ve ever dreamed of being Cinderella, this is where dreams come true! From the lounge, you can overlook the Grand Lobby and listen to the Grand Orchestra play a live set in the evening.

As a VIP guest, you have delicious food available from dawn until dusk. The Club Level Lounges are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and they serve everything from a substantial continental breakfast in the morning (think pastries, cereal, fruit) to an hors d’oeuvre dinner service and dessert buffet in the evening. During the day, plenty of snacks abound, including soft drinks and lemonade, gummy bears, goldfish and pretzels! As always, the selection is subject to change, but it is guaranteed delicious.

Carole, I wish you an absolutely magical vacation!
