Hi Anna-Marie!
Welcome back to planDisney! I am happy my fellow panelist was able to help you with your previous question, and now it's my turn! One of the best perks of staying on property at one of the
Disneyland Resort hotels is the ability to be one of the first people in the parks. It is such a special moment to snap that elusive empty castle photo in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle! It makes for a beautiful backdrop to capture that special first time, or twentieth time, at Disneyland Resort.
Anna-Marie, you will be thrilled to know that beginning in August,
Early Entry at the Disneyland Resort has returned. Guests staying at either
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa,
Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, or The
Disneyland Hotel are allowed to enter either park thirty minutes prior to general entry. You will be able to head to the attractions and experience the most popular rides before general admission. Bear in mind that you will need a
Disney Park Pass reservation for the park you plan to enter, and you will need to have either your Disney Resort room key or your hotel reservation linked to your Disneyland App in order to show proof of stay.
I hope this helps you enjoy a most magical stay at the Happiest Place on Earth!
Malanie
