Hi Amy! You're going to love the luxurious and convenient Grand Floridian Resort! The monorails and boats start running well before the Magic Kingdom opens. I'd recommend you take the monorail instead of the boat -- it will get you to the Magic Kingdom more quickly. The monorail ride from the Grand Floridian to the Magic Kingdom actually takes only a couple of minutes, but you need to allot time to wait for the train to arrive and to make your way through the bag check and ticket turnstiles at the park. If you plan to leave the Grand Floridian by 8 a.m., you should be at the Crystal Palace right on time. If you want to snap some photos in front of the Castle on a near-empty Main Street before breakfast, you might want to leave a little earlier. Hope you have a fabulous time!

Hi Amy! You're going to love the luxurious and convenient Grand Floridian Resort! The monorails and boats start running well before the Magic Kingdom opens.
