Hello....we are staying at Fort Wilderness and are having a rental RV delivered. We are also renting a car from the airport. Are we permitted to park the rental car at our RV campsite?

Hiya Jeff! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for visiting us with your great question. Yeee haaawww! You'll be combining a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth... with an outdoor camping adventure at the terrific Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Two of my favorite things. You're going to love it!

I'm happy to assure you that yes, you will have space at your camping site for your rental car. Disney's site states that each campsite provides parking space for one (1) motorized vehicle. You are likely aware, but there are four approved Disney Featured Providers (look under "Fully-Equipped Campsites"). Any of these providers offer RV rental, delivery, and setup at Fort Wilderness Campground.

    Meacham’s RV Rental
    Escape RV Rental
    Kissimmee Orlando RV Rental
    Ohana Camper Rental

The nice thing about using a Disney Featured Provider is they can set everything up before you arrive! They'll get the fridge cooling and everything hooked up in time for your check-in. If the RV company uses a towing vehicle to deliver a trailer style camper, that vehicle will be returned to the rental provider... leaving your parking space for the camping site available for your use.

Renting a golf cart is popular, and handy for getting around the beautiful resort grounds. Be sure to buzz over and enjoy some country meal favorites at Trail's End Restaurant. And if you have never experienced the Hoop-Dee-Doo dinner show, I highly recommend it! My family enjoys every moment of this rootin' tootin' good time... complete with family friendly laughs and delicious food.

Jeff, I hope this helps and that you have a fantastic time camping at Walt Disney World! Enjoy every magical moment, and please don't hesitate to send me any other questions you may have.

    Reach for the sky!
    Tami
