Hi Moms, we are staying at Fort Wilderness campground from Feb 1 to 17 with our RV then moving on to Old Key West from Feb 17 and 28 as we have family joining us. Is there somewhere we can store/park our RV during our stay at Old Key West?

    Hi Julie!

Although RVs are great for traveling long distances, they can be difficult to fit into smaller parking lots, especially when there are other cars around.  Luckily, the Walt Disney World Resort knows that this can be complicated, so they will help you find a place to safely leave your RV for the remainder of your magical vacation!

When you arrive at Disney’s Old Key West Resort, make sure you let the Cast Members at the Front Desk know that you have an RV.  They will be able to direct you to a parking lot that can accommodate your vehicle!  Remember, not all of the parking lots at every resort can accommodate larger vehicles, so you may have to park in a parking lot that is not close to your room.  Also, since Disney’s Old Key West Resort is configured in a way that might make parking an RV difficult, you may even be directed to the closest resort that can accommodate your vehicle.  If you are required to park at a different resort, just let the Cast Members know that you will need a ride back to your resort, and they will be happy to arrange that for you!

You could also ask the Cast Members at the Front Desk of The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort if you could leave your RV in the parking lot there.  You could then take the Minnie Van Service from there over to Disney's Old Key West Resort to begin the second part of your magical vacation!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
