We are staying at Fort Wilderness Cabins in April. We have two cabins reserved in two different names. When I log into my Disney account, I can see the magic bands for my whole party. When she logs in she can only see magic bands for her cabin. Why?

    Hi Kellie,

Your vacation is so close - April will be here before you know it!  Hooray!

My favorite way to vacation at Walt Disney World is with family and friends - the more, the better - and My Disney Experience is a great way to make and share those plans.  I'm guessing that a few quick changes to the My Family & Friends section on your two accounts will fix the issue you're having.

If you're on the website, you'll be able to make these changes by going to your My Family & Friends list.  In the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can go to "My Profile," then "Family & Friends."

You'll want to be sure that both of your accounts have all the Guests who will be in your travel parties listed. Once that's done, next to each name, you'll see an "Edit" button (or in the app, select a guest, and then "Edit" in the top, right corner).  Click on that button to be sure your settings are correct.  When we're traveling with another group, I like to choose these options:

Add to Family List: This friend often travels with me.
Invite to Plan and Share: View all my activities.

I think once you both have those options selected on both of your My Disney Experience accounts for all Guests traveling in your parties, then you'll both be able to see all those MagicBands (and other plans).  If not, just give the great Cast Members at the My Disney Experience Help Line a call at (407) 939-4357.  I've called a couple times and they've been able to fix my issues in just a few minutes.

Wishing you a most magical vacation, Kellie!
