    Hi, We’re staying in DW in October, but previously went this Summer in July. When trying to order new magic bands (free solid ones), it’s not offering them to me and making us either reuse our last ones (which we don’t have anymore) or buy new. Jw why?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Natalie! I love seeing guests return with more questions and I am honored to be able to help you with your next Walt Disney World vacation. October is an amazing time to visit and I highly recommend you check out Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. My family and I attended this past year and had a blast. The Boo-To-You Halloween Parade is now our absolute favorite parade in all of the parks. You can dress up and trick-or-treat throughout the park as well as enjoy some special surprises in select attractions. It is tons of fun and I hope you decide to check it out!

    If you are staying in a Disney Resort hotel, you will receive complimentary MagicBands, even if you already have some from a previous trip. If you are not staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you will receive a card with the purchase of your park tickets. MagicBands can also be purchased at Shop Disney or at select Walt Disney World shops. If your reservation for October is staying in a Disney Resort hotel, you will want to be sure that you have linked your reservation in My Disney Experience, if you have already done this you will need to call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-7765 so they can help you to order your complimentary MagicBands.
