Staying at the DVC cabins at Fort Wilderness in August for the first time, are towels now available at the resort's pools or do we have to bring our own?

    Hey Howdy Hey, Daniel!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for trotting by with your question. How exciting that your upcoming stay at Disney's Fort Wilderness Cabins is just around the riverbend.  I recently visited friends staying at the Cabins, and it is the best of both worlds. You get the cozy woodland experience in the great outdoors while being immersed in the magic of Disney.

Daniel, I just double-checked and, unfortunately, pool towels are not provided at the Fort Wilderness pools. The Disney website notes you should bring your room towels with you when you want to spend some time flippin' your fins at the pool.

If you need more towels, blankets, or supplies for your cabin, you can simply use the "Hey Disney" device in your room. It's the electronic with the Mickey Ears, and I like to think of it as your very own personal magic wand.  Just say, "Hey Disney, show me what you can do!" You can use it to order supplies, get the hours of the theme parks or shows, play Disney Trivia, or even get woken up by your favorite character.  Whatever wish your heart makes, Hey Disney can make your dreams come true.

I hope this helps you, Daniel! If you have any further questions, giddy-up back here to see me, and I'll be so happy to help you. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    Happy Trails,
    Keri
