Hey Howdy Hey, Stephanie!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for stopping by planDisney! Yeehaw, how exciting that you are planning ahead for your upcoming stay at
Disney's Fort Wilderness Cabins. I love these properties because it's like two vacations in one. Being able to breathe in the fresh air of the great outdoors while being immersed in the magic of Disney.
Stephanie, you can pre-check in to your Cabins via your My Disney Experience app with the
direct-to-room-service prior to your arrival. As part of this process, you can include what time you will be arriving. While it is always possible your cabin will be ready early, it is not guaranteed until 4:00 p.m. Depending on when your Cabin is cleaned, it could be ready earlier or closer to the official check-in time. However, it will be ready by 4:00 p.m. at the latest.
I would recommend, as a Guest of a Disney Resort in 2025, to take advantage of the complimentary
Water Park benefit available to Resort Guests on check-in day this year. It is a great way to spend the day and maximize the magic while waiting for your cabin to be ready. You will receive a text when your room is ready, but you don't have to return right away. Once you are done enjoying your Disney day, you can return to your cabin and go straight to it, opening the door with your Magic Mobile app or Disney Magic Band+ if it is connected to your account.
I hope this helps you, Stephanie! If you have any further Disney vacation planning questions, stop back here to see us, and we will round up an answer for you. Remember, you've got a friend in me!
Happy Trails,
Keri
