We are staying during President's weekend 2015 at the Art of Animation. Any advice on weather for that time of year?

    Hi Eric,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and congratulations on your upcoming trip!  Disney's Art of Animation Resort is a great choice for your family and February is a fantastic time to visit for pleasant weather.  You're going to have a wonderful time!

Temperatures in Orlando can vary quite a bit, but you can usually expect highs in the mid- to upper 70s and lows in the low 50s in February.  I've been there when it's been both warmer and cooler during that time of year, though, so packing clothes you can layer is usually the best bet.  My family might wear shorts and a t-shirt during the day, along with a jacket or sweatshirt for the early morning and nighttime hours that tend to be cooler, or maybe jeans and a t-shirt.  As your trip gets closer, I'd also keep an eye on the weather forecast so you have a better idea about the temperatures you can expect for your trip dates.

I hope that helps with your planning, and wishing you a truly magical vacation, Eric!  Please write back if we can help answer any other questions as you make your plans.
