We are staying at the Drury Inn at Disney Springs next month and wanted to make a payment. Is there a way to make payments on line for this hotel?

Welcome to planDisney, Thomas! Happy holiday season to you and your family. Your festive Walt Disney World Resort visit will be here before you can jingle a sleigh bell, so let's look at how you can make payments on your resort.

The Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando is a Good Neighbor Hotel, and you'll love being so close to all the food and shopping at Disney Springs. The Christmas Tree Stroll will be going on, so take lots of photos!

I chatted with a holly jolly Cast Member named Scout who told me that if you booked a room-only reservation at the Drury Plaza Hotel, you won't be able to make payments online. If the room was booked directly through Drury Plaza Hotel with a credit card to hold it, your card will typically be charged the total at check-in.

If you booked a vacation package including room and tickets, you might be able to make a payment through your My Disney Experience Account. You can check by logging in on your computer, hovering over the My Disney Experience tab at the top right, and selecting "My Plans."

If you see your Drury Plaza Hotel reservation there, there may be an option to "View Details" and then "Make a Payment." But these options will only be in your account if you booked a package through the Walt Disney Travel Company.

I suggest you call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to confirm how you booked your upcoming magical trip. They will be able to look at your account and advise you best. You can also call Drury Plaza Hotel for details about your reservation at (407) 560-6111.

Thomas, thanks for stopping by planDisney! I'm sending pixie dust and snowflakes so your visit next month is merry and bright.

    Magic awaits,
