Hi Morgan! Thanks for sending your question to the Moms Panel! You are going to love the central location of the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. Although I have stayed at the Walt DIsney World Dolphin Hotel myself on several occasions, I called the hotel directly just now to verify my information for you. Currently, there is not bus transportation available to the front entrance of Epcot from the Dolphin Hotel. Guests staying at this location will be able to easily travel to Epcot via the Friendship Ferry (water taxi) and enter through the International Gateway. You will not be able to access the monorail from the Dolphin Hotel without walking through Epcot.
I am happy to say that guests do not need the Park Hopper Option on their Magic Your Way Tickets or even theme park admission in order to utilize the monorail from Epcot to Magic Kingdom Park; however, one would need to have the Park Hopper Option if walking through Epcot to access the monorail and then visiting Magic Kingdom Park in the same day. If you are trying to find the best route to Magic Kingdom Park from the Walt DIsney World Dolphin Hotel, I would recommend that you take the complimentary bus transportation to the park where you will be dropped off just outside the theme park gates.
