Hi Corey,

Disney's Pop Century is one of my favorite resorts to vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort. I just love the fun themes from the different periods in time.

Chef Mickey's is located in Disney's Contemporary Resort. In general, transportation begins running one hour prior to a park opening. This would mean you could have your breakfast start at the same time as the park opens. You need to allow travel to Magic Kingdom as well as getting to Disney's Contemporary via monorail or a quick walk.

Disney should run a special bus for guests dining prior to a park opening. You can check with the concierge to see what they recommend.
