Hi Colleen and welcome to
planDisney! I’m so excited to know you will be visiting
The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort in March! I’m happy to help!
My family and I have taken our golf cart to Fort Wilderness lots of times and I’m happy to report that storing your pull is super easy. All you have to do is park it in the lot at the entrance of the Resort. When you arrive, you will see the other pulls parked to the very far right of the lot. I always like to visit the front desk of Fort Wilderness to let Cast Members know I will be parking my pull in the lot. In the past, they used to give a printout with your site or cabin reservation you could attach to your pull in a clear plastic bag.
I think using a golf cart to get around this beautiful property is the best way to go! My family rarely drives our actual vehicle during our stays at the Fort, because everything you need including
transportation to all four theme parks, is on site!
Being mindful of speed and stop signs is always important. All guests on your cart should always remain seated while you’re driving. Be mindful of parking areas for the golf carts. There are a bunch of spaces for you to park at the marina for access to the
water taxi to Magic Kingdom Park. It’s so convenient, especially after a fun-filled day at the parks. You just hop in your cart and head back to your site to rest!

Have a
magical visit!
