We are staying at the Disneyland Resort. Is it possible to have our light sabres delivered to our hotel room after we are finished at Savi's workshop?

Welcome back to planDisney, Lisa! A stay at the Disneyland Resort combined with a visit to Savi’s Workshop sounds like a journey worthy of a Jedi. I’ll never forget the moment I built my first lightsaber. It was truly an experience unlike any other in the galaxy. I won’t spoil anything, but let’s just say the Force is strong with this one, and you’re in for some surprises that will make it unforgettable.

Unfortunately, I confirmed that package delivery to Disneyland Resort Hotels is no longer available. I know this might not be the news you were hoping for, but don’t worry, I have a few alternatives to help you navigate this like a seasoned Rebel pilot. During your park visit, you can take advantage of the complimentary merchandise hold service available at select retail locations. This allows you to gather your galactic treasures without carrying them across the Outer Rim all day. The Disneyland website has a full list of participating shops. Just bring your purchases and receipts to one, and your items will be safely stored until the park closes.

Now, here’s some intel straight from Savi’s Workshop itself: I spoke with one of their trusted Gatherers, and they confirmed that you can ship your lightsaber home directly from Batuu! Just let the team inside Savi’s know you’d like to send your custom-built Jedi weapon on a special mission, and they’ll guide you to the shipping station inside the workshop. Since shipments are handled by USPS, the cost will depend on weight. All you need is your lightsaber and your receipt. No need to worry about smuggling it past any First Order checkpoints!

One more thing, Lisa: if your travels bring you to Batuu between March 28 and May 11, you won’t want to miss the return of Seasons of the Force at Disneyland Park! This limited-time celebration will immerse you in all things Star Wars, with exclusive galactic grub, themed merchandise, and special entertainment. The Disney Parks Blog recently transmitted some thrilling news, including the debut of a brand-new nighttime projection spectacular, Shadows of Memory: A Skywalker Saga, launching March 28. This breathtaking show will illuminate the spires of Black Spire Outpost with legendary scenes from the Skywalker saga, all set to the unforgettable music of John Williams. But wait, there’s a disturbance in the Force. A shadowy Jedi, one of the most legendary to ever wield a lightsaber, will be making his first appearance in Galaxy’s Edge. You’ll definitely want to keep your eyes open for this mysterious figure.

I hope this information helps as you prepare for your journey, Lisa! If you have any more questions, we’d love to welcome you back to planDisney.

May the Force be with you!
