Hi, I am staying at a Disneyland resort hotel in July and have made theme park reservations but how do I access my actual park ticket online and in the app ?

Hi Alexis, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you have an exciting visit planned to the Disneyland Resort this summer, and I’m happy to help you prepare for what is sure to be a magical vacation.

When guests purchase a Vacation Package that includes a hotel stay through the Disneyland Resort website, they may not see their theme park tickets in their Disneyland account until a few days before arrival— even though they can make park reservations. If you booked a Vacation Package, I recommend verifying that it’s linked to your account. You should have received an email with the subject line "Disneyland Confirmation" containing instructions on linking your Vacation Package to your MyDisney account. Once you’ve confirmed your Vacation Package is linked, you can check that your tickets are properly connected to your account.

The same confirmation email should also include a Ticket Confirmation Number. You can manually add this number to your MyDisney account on the Disneyland website. Simply hover over "My Disneyland" at the top of the homepage, then select "Link Tickets and Passes." This is where you can connect your theme park tickets if they haven’t appeared automatically. If you’re unable to locate your tickets or continue experiencing issues, I recommend reaching out to Disneyland Resort’s "Tickets" or "Vacation Packages" support lines for further assistance.

Also, I couldn’t help but notice that your visit coincides with Disneyland’s 70th-anniversary celebration—what a spectacular time to experience the magic! The resort will be buzzing with excitement as beloved favorites like the dazzling Paint the Night parade and the breathtaking Wondrous Journeys nighttime spectacular make their return. And that’s just the beginning! Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest announcements about this incredible celebration.

I hope this information helps, Alexis! If you have any additional questions as you count down to your trip, please visit us again at planDisney.

    Wishing you a magical stay!
