We are staying at the Disneyland Hotel the week of thanksgiving and have been trying to book dining reservations. It see that there is nothing available. Is this true?

    Hi Jennifer,

Ooh...you'll have much to be thankful for during your Thanksgiving week stay at the Disneyland Hotel! From the iconic monorail waterslide to the convenient location to the magical Disney touches all around you, you're going to LOVE it!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble making your dining reservations. You are not alone! While dining reservations are supposed to become available beginning 60 days in advance, we're hearing from other Guests, too, that that pesky Stitch seems to be wreaking havoc with the system. Please don't give up, though! I'd recommend popping on the handy dandy Disneyland mobile app several times each day to check for availability. I'm not sure how many Guests are in your party, but I just looked for availability for a party of four, and I, too, see that there is currently nothing available from the 24th on that week. I am, however, finding several options earlier in the week, including some fantastic places like Goofy's Kitchen, Storytellers Cafe, Napa Rose, Wine Country Trattoria, and more. I'm sending pixie dust that additional spots will open up soon and you'll be able to find the perfect dining reservations for your visit!

Of course, please don't forget that the app also offers some great tools to find delicious bites and beverages even at the last minute. Between the walk-up list and the mobile ordering service, something scrumptious is always just a click away!

Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney, Jennifer, and please let us know if we can help with anything else as you're thinking through the details of your visit. I hope you have a truly magical Thanksgiving week at The Happiest Place on Earth and make memories to cherish for years to come!
