If I am staying in a Disney World resort will each person staying in the resort get a Magic Band? Also are there connecting room options for resorts?

    Hi Katelynn,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! So glad you stopped by with your question.

There are few things I love more than planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  My children love collecting MagicBands in every color and personalizing them with silly things on the back.  Every person registered in your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room will receive a MagicBand, so be sure to include everyone (even infants if they are coming along).  They are included with your hotel stay and they can last for quite a while, so you may even be able to use them for your next visit.

You may request connecting rooms for your visit, but unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that the friendly Cast Members at the Check-In desk will be able to accommodate.  I will usually make my reservation on the phone and ask the Cast Member making my resort reservation to put a note in the reservation regarding connecting rooms.  I will then call the hotel directly about a week prior to my arrival to mention it again in hopes that they can accommodate.

Katelynn, I hope you and your family have a magical time! Come back and see us again if you have any additional questions about your upcoming stay.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
