Welcome to planDisney, Janice!
I am so happy that you stopped by today to talk about something near and dear to my heart, Disney dining!
Janice, I can imagine the frustration when you log in to make your dining reservations 60-days out, and you can not see a thing! But do not worry, just like Mickey's trusty pal Toodles, I am here to help!
As you know,
advanced dining reservations can be made 60-days in advance of your check-in date. This is a benefit reserved solely for guests of the
Disney Resorts Collection, and does not apply to guests of the Good Neighbor Hotels.
Janice, a few things could be happening. First I want to make sure that your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation is linked to your
My Disney Experience account. You can check this by going to the "My Plans" section of your My Disney Experience account on either the website or your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Be sure that you see the reservation and that you are a named guest.
Janice, I also want to make sure that you are not doing a "split stay." That is, staying at two properties during one fabulous trip. Since both reservations start their own 60-day counter, figuring out what dates you can book your dining can get a bit confusing in this scenario.
Oh, Janice, one other thing. You will only see availability 60-days out from the current date until your 60-day window opens. In other words, you will not see any availability for your travel dates until 6:00 am 60-days in advance of your check-in date.
If none of the steps above help you out, you may need to call
(407) 939-4357 to see if the friendly Cast Members can see what the issue is on the back end.
Good luck!
Sarah B.
