If we are staying at a Disney Resort part of our Disney trip, can we still use the Magic Hours on a day we are staying at an off-site hotel? Or do you need to be staying at the Resort the same day you are using the Magic Hours?

    Dear Lindsay,

Thank you so much for stopping by to drop us a line here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

It sounds like a magical trip that you have planned, with stays both at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel and also at an off-site hotel.

You are correct in that you may use benefits such as Extra Magic Hours only when you are actually staying on-site at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, so you might want to plan your trip accordingly.

You should be sure to have your valid ticket or MagicBand ready to enter your chosen park each day, and that will be how Cast Members determine your eligibility to enter early or leave late based on the scheduled park hours. I think that Extra Magic Hours are one of the best benefits of staying on-site, and I hope that you can work out your schedule to include them!

Hope that helps with your wondEARful planning!
