Hi Caroline! Welcome to planDisney!
Your stay at
Walt Disney World Resort is coming up so quickly now! Before you know it you'll be "wheels up" and on your way to the sunny days of Florida and the magic of the Resort as a whole. Staying in a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel is such a great way to be surrounded by that magic all throughout your stay. You'll be as close as possible to the Theme Parks, Water Parks, and shopping, dining, and entertainment district of
Disney Springs and you'll get other awesome benefits like Early Theme Park Entry.
Since
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a Special Event it does require a separate ticket from your already-purchased tickets to the Parks. While
most of these eerily enchanting parties are already sold out for the season you just might be able to grab a last-minute ticket if you'll still be visiting the Resort on a day when there is availability. After checking on the Walt Disney World Resort website I see there are dates that still currently have availability, though this may change at a moment's notice.
I definitely understand that your daughter will be upset if she misses catching her favorite character pals dressed in their fun and frightening costumes or watching Jack Skellington host
Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular. My suggestion would be to check with any Walt Disney World Ticket window as soon as you arrive at the Resort to see if Tickets to this Special Event are still available. You may also check with the Lobby Concierge at your Disney Resort or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, depending on where you'll head first!
I sincerely hope you're able to make all of your daughter's spooky Halloween dreams come true!
