I am staying at the Disney Hotel Paradise Pier. I made park reservations and purchased my tickets. But I only got the QR codes that say park reservation not tickets. Or is the QR code both the reservation and the ticket in one QR code?

Hi Michelle! I hope your day has been splendid thus far!

I’m glad to hear that you are staying at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel. I stayed there years ago with my husband, and we had a magical experience. One new thing I want to share is that Guests now have a new entrance into Disney California Adventure Park that is just a short walk across the street from your hotel. I highly recommend that you use this option during your stay.

Now to your question – if you have a reservation QR code but cannot locate a barcode for your tickets, no need to worry. You can definitely use the QR code to enter one of the theme parks, and after you are scanned inside, the Cast Member helping you will print out a physical ticket for you.

Have a fantastic time at the Disneyland Resort! And should you need help with anything else, I hope you come back to the planDisney Panel with your question.

    Best wishes,
    Lola
