If I am staying at a Disney hotel can I use any hotels pool

    Hi Beth!

    Welcome to planDisney!

“Pool hopping” is currently not allowed at Disney World resorts. But the good news is that each resort usually has more than one pool operating. So, you may have some options within the resort you’ll already be at!

To check out the pools at your resort, visit the resort’s page on Disney World’s website, then click the Recreation tab. Under the “Pools” section, you’ll be able to read about your resort's feature pool and leisure pool(s).

Another great feature under the Recreation tab is the Activities Schedule. While this used to be something that you could only find once you were at the resort, the Activities Schedule is now available in advance. It’s been so nice to have this information ahead of time to help plan my family’s resort day!

If you’re hoping for even more water fun during your trip, you can consider visiting the water park. The water parks are often open on an alternating basis. And based on your arrival date, it looks like Blizzard Beach will be open during your stay. If you have the Water Park and Sports Option or the Park Hopper Plus Option on your theme park ticket, your water park visit will be covered with that ticket! You can also purchase a water park ticket separately

If you have any other questions, feel free to come back and visit us. We’re always happy to help!
