Hello, I we are staying at Disney for 8 full days and I am thinking of doing 5 days in the parks and 3 days in the water parks (1 BB, 2 TL). We were at Disney last year so I am trying to change it up a bit. Do you thinking this is too much water park?

Hi Kristin, Thanks for the question!  My family loves both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon so much that we purchased the Disney Water Park Annual Passes last year. Although there is so much to do and see at both water parks, I really do feel like you can experience each park fully in one day. We usually get to the water parks first thing in the morning and leave around 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon. The crowds tend to increase around 11:00 a.m. and clear out around 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Your family may enjoy returning a second day to ride their favorite attractions again. I wasn't sure if you had an eight day Magic Your Way Ticket with the Water Park Fun & More Option. If you do, then what you have planned sounds like a great itinerary to me. I would also try to break up my regular park days with the water park days mixed in. If you are going to be buying the water park tickets separately, then I would probably suggest two water park days and one day spent at your Walt Disney World Resort enjoying the resort pool. We always try to schedule a "Resort Day" in the middle of our Walt Disney World Vacations for a little relaxation and to really enjoy all the Disney Resorts have to offer.  I hope this helps! Please feel free to write back if you would like any additional information about the Disney water parks or your Disney vacation! I would love to assist you in planning a Magical Trip!
    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
