Hi Kez, and thanks for visiting us at planDisney. The
Contemporary Resort is such a magical place to stay because
Magic Kingdom is just a short walk away! I’m excited that your trip is coming up so soon, so let’s make sure you’re all set with your room.
I’m usually sharing my room with a few other family members or friends, so I definitely understand wanting an extra sleep space. However, rollaway beds and cots aren’t currently offered at
Disney Resort hotels. I’m not sure how many beds you’re looking for, but some rooms at the Contemporary Resort have a daybed in addition to the two Queen beds or one King bed. I’d recommend chatting with a Cast Member in the My Disney Experience app to discuss your options. In the app, go to ☰ in the lower right corner and scroll down to Chat With Us (under Help & Feedback). The Chat function is also where you can add any other room requests or notes to your reservation.
If you’re looking for more than three beds, you might look at a different resort hotel or room type, for this trip or a future one (availability may be limited for this November). At the Contemporary Resort, there’s a 2 Bedroom Suite that has four to five beds and sleeper sofas, and at the neighboring
Bay Lake Tower, the 2 Bedroom Villas have five beds and sleeper sofas. My family loves staying in the 2 Bedroom Villas at the
Deluxe Villa Resorts because they also have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer! It’s also nice to have a living room area to hang out together during our midday breaks or after a long day in the parks.
Since you’re staying at the Contemporary Resort, don’t forget that you get access to both
Early Theme Park Entry each morning and
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours on select nights, which really helps you maximize the magic!
Safe travels, and I hope you have a magical stay at the Contemporary this November! If you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
