Hi I will be staying at Disney Art of Animation for 4 people. However, I registered one wrong person and want to delete the registration, what should I do? By the way, the wrong person's account has already been deleted. I look forward to your reply.

Welcome to planDisney, Toshiki! You must be so excited to count down to the new year at Walt Disney World Resort!

You'll feel completely immersed in the magic of Disney and Pixar movies at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. Hopefully, you'll experience some Florida sunshine during your trip because the resort's Big Blue Pool is one of the best (and largest) pools on property, and it is inspired by the "splash hit," Finding Nemo. Make sure to pack a swimsuit!

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some difficulty with your resort reservation. It sounds like you may have linked the wrong Guest and have already taken the first step by removing them from the reservation. Next, you'll want to add the correct Guest to your Family & Friends list through your My Disney Experience account. There should be a blue link that says, "Add a Guest, " then select the option, "I'll enter their name and age."

Next to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel information, there may be a blue Change Reservation link. See if you can add them by using this link. If the link doesn't appear for you, you'll need to call the Resort Reservation line at (407) 939-1936 when you get to the US. You can also add the Guest by speaking with a Cast Member at the front desk at Art of Animation when you arrive. If your resort room is part of a vacation package that includes park tickets, the new Guest will need to be added for the entire length of stay and also purchase the same ticket package that everyone else has in the room.

I hope this helps, Toshiki! Stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog, where they post information about seasonal events, including the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, which runs through December 30. See ya real soon!
