Staying 8 days, 7 nights, how many quick serve credits will I get for the entire trip? Also will the quick serve credits cover buffets and if they do, do I need to pay for my 3 year to have a plate at a buffet?

    Hi La Shawna!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for asking a question about the Disney Dining Plans. I love the Disney Dining Plans as they always seem to save my family money when we visit.  If you purchase the Disney Dining Plan with your vacation package, every Guest ages 3 and over staying in the same room will need to be on the same Dining Plan.  Depending on the Disney Dining Plan you choose your total Quick-Service meal credits will be different. I will explain how the three most popular plans work regarding Quick-Service credits.   These 3 Plans are the Disney Quick Service Dining Plan, Disney Dining Plan and the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan.

With the Quick-Service Dining Plan you would receive 2 Quick-Service credits per night of your stay.  So a total of 14 credits using this plan for your length of stay.   The Quick-Service credits can only be used at Quick-Service Restaurants and not at buffets or Table-Service restaurants.

The Disney Dining Plan would include 1 Quick-Service credit and 1 Table-Service credit per night so a total of 7 Quick-Service credits and 7 Table-Service credits for your stay.  Table-Service credits are what you will use when dining at a buffet style restaurant at Walt Disney World.

The Deluxe Dining Plan would include 3 meal credits per night of your stay that could be used at either Quick-Service or Table Service locations, so a total of 21 credits.   You could use these at buffet, table-service or sit-down restaurants.

I hope this has helped to answer your questions today.  If you need any additional assistance planning your upcoming adventure, please visit us again.
