    Hi moms. Staying@ csr 5/5-5/12 wondering if there ar any activities for kids @ pool (movies/games) is there a better mod resort for girls 3,9,12. Only concern not dis enough for kids. Any exp with this resort? Is it too spread out? Best building? Thanks!

    Hi Tonya!  I'm so thrilled to be able to answer this question for you, as Coronado Springs happens to be my favorite resort!  I'm a huge fan of the colonial Spanish feel, and the Lost City of Cibola pool is fabulous! Recently, Coronado Springs was added to the ever growing list of Disney resorts that incorporates pool side activities.  When my family and I were there in August, they were offering games and activities almost every 1/2 hour at the pool.  In the evening hours, they have a small campfire where they roast marshmallows, and they have begun to show Movies Under the Stars, where great Disney films such as "Tangled" and "Up" are shown on an inflatable screen near the pool.  My kids loved these new additions, and kept asking to spend more time at the pool! As for best buildings, I have found great experiences with Cabanas 8A and Ranchos 7B.  Cabanas 8A is close to the main pool, close to laundry facilities, and a short walk to the main lobby.  Ranchos 7B is close to both the main and a smaller quiet pool, laundry facilities, although a bit of a walk to the main lobby.
