Staying at CSR- have ADRs: Hoop-Dee-Doo + Whispering Canyon. Do you recommend driving our own car to resort (we have some of our party of 9 flying/ some driving- our van holds 8), taking bus to MK then another bus or boat? How much time should we allow?

    Hi Sarah!

Whether to drive or use the Disney transportation is always a tough question to answer!

Personally, I do think it will be slightly faster to drive to the Wilderness Lodge for your dinner since you'll eliminate waiting for the bus to the Magic Kingdom, and then the boat over to Wilderness Lodge. BUT, I do love the boat ride from Magic Kingdom to the Wilderness Lodge because its such a unique perspective from the water. You'll pass under the monorail, over the road, and then on to the boat docks. If you'd like to drive, I'd suggest allotting 45 minutes of travel time, and if you use Disney Transportation, I'd allot 75 minutes.

Now, for Ft. Wilderness, I think Disney Transportation might be just as easy as driving. If you drive, you'll need to use the internal shuttle bus to head to the Hoop Dee Doo whereas the boat transportation will deliver you much closer to Pioneer Hall. Either way, I'd give yourself 75 minutes to travel to here from Coronado Springs Resort.

    Hope this helps!
