Hi Leo!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney and bringing us your question about Coronado Springs.
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort was the first resort I stayed at with my kids, and it has become just magnificent over time. With the addition of the
Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago, an evening on Lake Dorado takes on a new meaning, with Spanish-inspired food and libations. Guests can sit by the stone hearth, and enjoy a relaxing evening on the water.
Leo, aside from Three Bridges, Coronado Springs also offers several dining options.
Rix Sports Bar and Grill offers traditional sports bar fare, with a South American and Mexican twist.
Toledo - Tapas, Steak, and Seafood serves some delicious Spanish-inspired foods, and the rooftop views of Walt Disney World can't be beaten!
Maya Grill offers Mexican-inspired cuisine in an airy dining room surrounded by Mayan motifs and the colors of the sun. Typically, reservations are capped at 8 persons, and while I looked at dining for your date, Maya Grill, unfortunately, does not have any availability. You may need to split up your party, or you may need to try one of the other dates you will be on property. If you continue to have difficulty, you can reach out to a Cast Member at Disney Dining at (407) 824-1391 to see if they can assist you in making one reservation for a large party.
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
