    We will be staying at the Coronado Springs Resort from 3/28-4/1. Is there anywhere I can check online that would tell me if there is a convention booked during this timeframe? I don't want to bother a CM by calling.

    No, they do not have a web page that lists out what conventions are going on at the Coronado Springs Resort.

    You are sweet to not want to bother a Cast Member with your question. I am not so nice, and made a few calls. Unfortunately the final Disney Cast Member that I spoke to informed me that they cannot give out information on the events that they are hosting. I does not look like you will be able to find out what groups might be meeting there (or not) during your stay.

    If it helps any, I think that since you can't be sure what event will be there, you should assume that there will be a group. To help you avoid those crowds, I would request a room in one of the Cabana Buildings (8A or 8B). That will keep you away from the Convention center, close to the pool, and close to the final bus stop in the resort. You will still be somewhat close to the resort's main building as well.
