Hi! We will be staying at Coronado Springs and have plans to take a private fireworks cruise from the Contemporary mid-week. Are we allowed to keep our car parked at the resort after our cruise so we can enjoy evening extra magic hours at Magic Kingdom?

Hi there, Kristianne! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for stopping back by and allowing us to help you plan yet another Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Disney's Contemporary Resort is an iconic fixture of modern architecture and is one of the three Disney Resort hotels that are connected to Magic Kingdom via Monorail. It is certainly a great destination for the beginning of any great adventure. This, of course, includes such adventures as the Specialty Cruises that offer an enchanting nighttime view of Magic Kingdom's firework spectacular! You and your family are in for a real treat!

Guests visiting a Disney Resort hotel do receive complimentary standard parking, however, this is only good for the time in which Guests are visiting the resort. So, if you intend on experiencing Extra Magic Hours at Magic Kingdom following your cruise, you will need to move your car.

Another transportation option would be to utilize the Minnie Van service! This personal ride service will take you to select destinations within Walt Disney World Resort and is easily accessed through the Lyft app. You and your family will be chauffeured to and from your destination by a friendly Disney Cast Member, leaving more time for fun and less time for transportation concerns!

Hopefully, this information will help you make your evening particularly magical!
