Staying at Coronado springs in Dec and wondering with the new restaurant completion will you be able to see the fireworks from Epcot? Also would you have to have a dinning reservation to be able to watch the show?

Hi, Brandi! I actually just returned from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and was able to check out all of the new dining locations and lounges at the resort. We were really overwhelmed with how beautiful Gran Destino Tower is and I cannot wait for you to experience it! The new restaurants and lounges offer so many amazing dishes, small plates, and drinks, so I do hope you get a chance to visit each of them. While it does not afford you a view of the fireworks, Three Bridges Bar & Grill was actually my favorite and gave my friend and I the perfect venue to chat, talk about the Disney magic, and enjoy the cool night breeze coming off Lago Dorado. Be sure to stop by there one night during your stay!

Found at the top of Gran Destino Tower, Tolédo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood and Dahlia Lounge offer sweeping views of Walt Disney World Resort. I was able to see portions of Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Epcot, and Disney's Hollywood Studios from the balcony outside Dahlia Lounge. At night, this view does get a bit more magical as the nighttime spectaculars begin. You will be able to view the evening shows from Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios from both of these dining locations. A dining reservation will be required to view them from Tolédo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood, or you could stop by Dahlia Lounge for tapas and a drink and stay for the evening's magic.

I hope this helps you plan a pixie-dusted evening at your resort! Please let us know if you have any other questions!
