We're staying at Copper Creek Villa in June. My husband and daughter are wanting to do Keys to the Kingdom tour. What is the best way to get to Magic Kingdom? The buses and boat won't be running that early. We won't have a car either.

Hi Crystal! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!

Disney's Wilderness Lodge is such a breathtaking Resort! Choosing a Disney Resorts Collection hotel is always difficult for my family because we love so many of them.  However, the rustic atmosphere mixed with the high-end sophistication that Walt Disney World Resort throws in just makes this Resort the perfect mash-up for theming and comfort!

The Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge embody all that the vast Lodge itself has, while also giving you and your family more space, amenities like a full kitchen, and the privacy of having your own bedrooms.  Being so close to Magic Kingdom is also a dream! I love getting up early and being able to just hop on a boat and arrive at my favorite place in the world.

It's very exciting that you and your family will be taking Disney's Keys to the Kingdom tour!  I remember begging my parents to bring me on this tour because even back then I wanted to know all the behind-the-scenes details of the Park! For my 16th birthday, I was granted my wish and got to experience this amazing inside peek of The Most Magical Place on Earth.

Crystal, while busses and boats transporting Guests from your Resort often start running 60 minutes prior to Park opening, this may not be early enough for your tour.  I would suggest giving yourselves at least 90 minutes to travel from Resort to Park to ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour is scheduled to depart. Depending on the time of your tour you may need to arrive even before 7:45 a.m.  My very first idea is to check with a Cast Member at your Resort's Front Desk and see what options they may provide.  They may, in fact, suggest calling a rideshare option like Lyft, to get you where you need to be on time!

No matter how your get to Magic Kingdom that day you know you're certainly in for a treat! Enjoy the magic of that, and every day, at Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Ashley, Massachusetts

Hi All, I'm Ashley! From the very beginning Walt Disney World Resort has always been a part of my life. As a child I excitedly helped to plan family trips, as a young adult I planned our "happily ever after" right on Disney property, and now I'm lucky enough to plan magical vacations for my three incredible children. When we're not taking in the enchanting experiences of the parks, we're home in Massachusetts, probably planning our next trip! Learn More About Ashley
